Snowbird Season Starts Here | Spacious 30A Stay

We had five adults and a 21 month old. We all had so much fun! The master shower is huge with multiple shower heads. Everything is nicely updated and clean. You literally walk 50 steps to the amazing pool We rode bikes two minutes to the best ice cream shop, Beach Cow. Live music on Thursday, Friday, Sat nights. Riding around the neighborhood feels so safe. Security is always seen driving around. Make sure you bike to Rosemary beach and Allys Beach. We took the trolly to the beach but it is walkable but we had too much to carry. The water is very clear!! Sandra and Derek got back to us so quickly. Beds are comfortable! We highly recommend and would love to come again.

Great location close to pool, restaurants and easy walk to beach. No blinds or curtains on front and back deck doors so it is fairly open at night.

Great place for us for Spring Break. One of the first houses in the neighborhood but also not on main road so little traffic and very convenient to walk to the beach.

Good location - internet not reliable so this was difficult with the special-needs adult that uses the internet- we also had one adult that was trying to work and was not able to rely on the Internet so this was frustrating
