This property was very nice. It was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. The first half of our week-long stay was a bit interrupted by the outer bands of a tropical storm, but we were able to enjoy ourselves despite that. The property's numerous porches, especially the screened in porch in the back, gave us the opportunity to view the wind and rain in comfort (to a point). The property was conveniently located within an easy walk to the pool, and the shuttles made getting to the beach convenient as well. We enjoyed the green space setting with cornhole and bocce behind the property once the rains passed through. We were also within a short walk to the common area, Peddlers Pavilion. The hosts were not intrusive but did communicate when necessary, providing updates on the weather conditions and beach access as they received them.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was excellent, the home was very clean, and we really appreciated that it was pet-friendly with a fully fenced yard. The provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs and beach towels were great to have. A few things could be improved. The mattresses were hard and one person mentioned they could feel the springs while laying, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Something a nice mattress topper could help fix - I’m sure. We were also surprised that there weren’t a few basic kitchen staples (ie: salt and pepper) available. Lastly, the dryer didn’t work properly and repeatedly shut off mid-cycle, so it took several attempts to dry our clothes.

Had to go to the store a couple of times for simple essentials that I typically find in most rentals(dishwasher pods, coffee filters, Tide, salt/pepper, etc.) Mattresses were just OK. Washer and dryer are tricky and awkward. Longer walk to beach than other reviews made us believe, but otherwise good location. We were told no strollers/wagons on the beach, so walking with kids across big roads is something to be aware of. Host was good, tons of beach toys and chairs a big . Would stay again.

We go to the 30-A area every year and this was a great place to stay at Seacrest for our extended family of 6. Very clean, well equipped, and in great condition. Having the four bikes right there for us was a plus. Everything was very smooth, and it was nice to be offered the possibility to check-in a few hours earlier. Great stay overall.

Home was cozy and clean. Perfect for family vacation. We definitely will return.
